Generation Four Catalogs will reach [RTM] "release to market" status as 64 Bit Simulation Platform for LM P3DV4/5/6 and Newer.

Question 2, Which Windows OS is supported by Eaglesoft?

We do know that our products work well in W10/W11 with users proper control of that OS.

Question 5, How does Eaglesoft support products after the sale?

We maintain an FAQs section and product specific Eaglesoft Support Forums
Note: Registration is required and Activation by an Administrator grants full support forum privileges.

Question 6, How does Eaglesoft handle "point updates" for its products?

An announcement is made publicly in our Support Forums and/or select Flight Simulation Sites that an Product Update is available!
A simple re download/uninstall/reinstall procedure for your title from our F1/Eaglesoft EZ Agent is the only requirement to obtain product updates. No announcement means no update is available.

Question 7, My virus scanner warns or I see a DLL or file error message?

This is symptomatic of users AV Software Settings. After manual scan, disable AV Software to complete installation, then re enable AV Software.
Users report successful installations when booting their machines in SAFE Mode, Installing, then rebooting their machines in NORMAL Mode which bypasses the obscure Windows Security Setup.

The F1/Eaglesoft EZ Agent Download/Install/Run Command yields a Download and F1 Account License Option.
